Goal: 

The goal of this project was to develop a holistic and integrated branding and communications strategy for this new initiative giving current and emerging leaders in community health care the opportunity to develop their leadership capacity in this fully-funded government initiative.

Process: 

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify the project vision and key messages

  • Assist with developing the overall communications plan and strategy

  • Create a name, logo, and visual identity for the project 

  • Design the project website and online resource library 

  • Create communications material and templates for the client to use

  • Support with ongoing strategy and implementation over the 2-year project

Outcome:

Since its successful launch in 2018, this program has equipped hundreds of leaders with the skills and confidence they need to lead through an exciting time of transformation in the healthcare sector.
